Position Overview: As an Onsite Logistics Specialist, you will be supporting the carpentry team by ensuring all materials, machinery and tools are onsite and ready for the team to install or use. This includes coordinating with suppliers to ensure that materials arrive on time and in the correct order. It is the responsibility of the Onsite Logistics Specialist to ensure that all materials, machinery and tools are received and staged effectively to support the project goals. Once the project is complete the Onsite Logistics Specialist will work with the Project Manager to coordinate the demobilization of the team and returning of all machinery, rented or otherwise. Starting hourly compensation is $25-$35 based on experience and initial fit to the role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Project Manager and Foreman team to ensure all material, machinery and tool needs of the team are met
  • Coordinate jobsite deliveries and receiving
  • Stage Materials to maximize efficiency of the team and comply with all safety standards and project needs
  • Conduct regular inspections on equipment
  • Ensure the jobsite meets Carpentry Plus Inc. safety and housekeeping standards and notify Foreman of any issues
  • Ensure the successful demobilization of Carpentry Plus Inc. off a jobsite


  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills within a team setting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
  • Ability to travel within the PNW
  • Valid Driver’s License and dependable transportation
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 75lbs
  • Telehandler Certification
  • DOT Certification


  • Boom and Scissor Lift Certified
  • OSHA 30
  • Willingness to travel outside of P.N.W. for projects.
  • CDL License
