The project Heart of Golden (HOG) Municipal Facility will be new ground-up construction consisting
of a three story 63,000 SF Justice Center and Municipal Facility with associated site work located in Golden, CO.
This project utilizes CLT for the second and third levels, as well as for the roof, supported by glulam posts and beams. CPI was awarded the supply and install turnkey mass timber package and has been providing design-assist services, helping the engineer and architect finalize details for final pricing. CPI also will be providing full modeling services on the building, allowing for a jump start on the shop drawing process and helping to reduce overall lead times for getting mass timber on site.
Construction is slated to start Q4 2025.
