Hensel Phelps is constructing a new corporate headquarters in Loveland, Colorado, prioritizing sustainability through mass timber. This facility will feature glulam post-and-beam systems for structural integrity and Cross Laminated Timber (CLT) panels to enhance its eco-friendly profile. Designed with open, flexible spaces and warm finishes, it fosters collaboration and well-being. Energy-efficient systems and abundant natural light create a welcoming atmosphere. As the first building in a larger development, Hensel Phelps aims to set a benchmark for innovative architecture, enriching Loveland’s landscape with this contemporary, mass timber facility.
CPI was brought on to partner to provide a turnkey mass timber solution. Additionally, CPI will be providing design-assist services, working with the EOR and Architect to help support and finalize the mass timber design to help keep the project on budget and to track important milestones for mass timber fabrication. Construction is slated to start late 2025.
