The Sauter Timber Estacada plant will be 40,000 sqft and will provide mass timber fabrication services. The entire building will consist of a Glulam frame and CLT panels for the walls and roof.In the Estacada facility, Sauter will provide prefabrication services for CLT and GLT. They will also have the ability to perform trimming of any raw panel delivered from the manufacturer. The plant was also designed to have a large capacity for raw billet storage, allowing the team to begin fabrication quickly once approval is received.CPI worked with Sauter directly to install the mass timber.
