Cheaha State Park Lodge

Ullrhoff Restaurant

Set to begin summer 2025, the new 45,000 SF Ullrhof Restaurant will feature CLT and glulam for speed and aesthetics. CPI is providing design-assist, helping optimize connections and logistics.

UC Riverside – Oasis Park

CPI is the mass timber design and supply partner for UC Riverside’s 39,000 SF SoCal OASIS Park, a sustainability-focused research hub featuring exposed timber elements and Accoya wood paneling.

Sauter Mass Timber – Estacada

CPI partnered with Sauter Timber to install mass timber at their new 40,000 SF Estacada plant, built entirely from glulam and CLT, supporting fabrication, trimming, and large-scale billet storage.

Hensel Phelps Corporate HQ

CPI is providing turnkey mass timber and design-assist services for Hensel Phelps’ new CLT and glulam headquarters in Loveland, a sustainable, flexible facility setting the tone for future development.

Heart of Golden Municipal Building

CPI is providing design-assist, modeling, supply, and install of the mass timber package for Golden’s new 63,000 SF Justice Center, using CLT floors and roof with glulam framing.

Broadway Park Pavilion

CPI is providing design-assist and installation for the Broadway Park Pavilion, a mass timber event space with glulam and CLT, part of Ann Arbor’s riverfront revitalization. Completion is slated for 2026.

Broadway One

CPI was awarded the design-assist and install contract for a 14-story affordable housing project at Broadway Corridor, featuring 12 stories of mass timber and Timber Core modular stair systems.

Laredo Middle School

CPI will supply and install mass timber at Laredo Middle School’s new campus, featuring glulam beams, CLT roof panels, and complex coordination—all while the existing school remains operational.

Julia West House

A new 59,000-square-foot, 12-story mass timber apartment building in Portland's West End providing 90 units of affordable housing to seniors. Julia West House will be the tallest mass timber building in Oregon and the first Type IV-B post-and-beam structure on the West Coast.

Shevlin Crossing – Building B

Carpentry Plus installed CLT and glulam at Shevlin Crossing Building B, creating open, light-filled office space that highlights exposed timber and supports flexible layouts in Bend’s NorthWest Crossing.

Mt Scott Community Center

Located in Portland's Mt. Scott neighborhood, the new community center features sloping roofs and deep overhangs made from cross-laminated timber, creating a welcoming entry and preserving existing trees while reflecting the neighborhood's character.

Redmond Public Safety Building

Micron Technology Building

Constructed with glulam posts, beams, and braces, topped with 3-ply CLT panels; this new employee experience center will serve as the campus cafeteria as well as meeting space, offering employees a calm, relaxing space with ample natural light and an exposed mass timber ceiling.

TimberView VIII

TimberView VIII is an eight-story mixed-use development featuring a food hall on the ground floor, 105 subsidized affordable housing units, and an innovative mass timber structure with glulam and CLT elements.

Evergreen High School

Mass timber was selected to create a warm and welcoming environment for the newly constructed Evergreen High School, featuring glulam posts and beams with 3-ply CLT panels.

La Plaza Esperanza

La Plaza Esperanza, an 18,000-square-foot community space, will celebrate Latino/x culture with an open, welcoming design featuring a mass timber roof and a spacious porch for gathering, opening in 2024.
