CPI worked as the GC and installer for the new timber cabins designed by ZGF Architects and Stonewood Structural out at Camp Namanu in Sandy, Oregon. Camp Fire Columbia was founded over 100 years ago and since it’s inception has put an emphasis on supporting previously oppressed communities. Initially this was done through empowering the female youth and more recently the camp has switched its focus to provide better and more supportive amenities for those with physical disabilities and youth across the gender spectrum. The camp hopes to build lasting and caring relationships for the LGBTQIA2S+ youth and as the camp continues to grow the mission of inclusivity and acceptance continues to grow as well. CPI is proud to be a part of this project and excited to be involved in the ongoing development of this special camp in our community.
