DW Fritz Headquarters

The new headquarters of DW Fritz was designed to resemble a small village within a warehouse. The indoor spaces were designed to mimic outdoor spaces, with ample natural light and greenery to create a pleasant work environment. The building prioritizes access to windows, and the high, warehouse-style ceilings are outfitted with skylights to provide a bright and airy atmosphere for employees to thrive in. Carpentry Plus worked closely with partners to install CLT panel floors and create multiple office or meeting room workspaces separated by CLT walls.
